Shanel Fields

Shanel Fields, Founder & CEO, leverages her mobile and healthcare technology expertise to bring innovation to the public safety space and lead growth and partnerships for MD Ally. Prior to attending Wharton Business School and launching MD Ally, Shanel led sales and marketing teams for AT&T and Athenahealth, an innovative healthcare technology company. At Athena, she built and scaled inside sales and marketing teams focusing on enterprise-level health systems, payers, and independent health entities.

Shanel is now leveraging her mobile and healthcare technology expertise to bring innovation to the 911 and Emergency Medical Services space. With the launch of her company, MD Ally, she is addressing the overutilization of finite emergency resources by increasing access to routine care.
